Red Hat identified this beast as a multi processor system. There are 4 Zope instances running, so each of the 'virtual' processors theoretically works with 2 instances.
There are a lot of system processes running around. You can compress a Zope installation tree with bzip2 at 99% cpu time and meanwhile login on another console without feeling any slowdown at all.
Quite impressive responsiveness in our opinion, compared to a single processor server.
When you compare the costs, such a Hyperthreading system is cheaper than a multiprocessor system too.
The downside is, that you cannot put an Intel Pentium 4 Prescott with Hyperthreading into a 1U rack. There is no place for the cooler. You need at least a 2U. This makes it a little costlier, of course.
